In progressWe commit to fair, transparent treatment of candidates and to hiring practices on our own platform that we would be willing to publish and be judged on.

In place nowOur AI-assisted hiring features are audited for bias and kept advisory, with human oversight and an auditable record for every high-risk decision.
How we back this: Bias-audit harness (BiasTestRunner + the fairness test set) and the EU/Colorado AI-Act record-keeping (AiDecisionAudit, AiSystemRegistry) already in force.
Human rights & anti-exploitation
In progressWe commit to guarding against exploitation on the platform — fraudulent or abusive listings, and misuse of candidate data — as a named, auditable standard.
